Counselling offers a safe, impartial and confidential space in which you can talk about thoughts and feelings that may be causing you confusion or unhappiness. You will be listened to attentively and without judgement, and your point of view will be respected.

I offer one-to-one sessions, usually weekly, which last 50 minutes. I aim to gain a deep understanding of your needs and what's causing you distress. ‚ÄčIn common with other counsellors, I do not generally offer advice. Instead, I help you work out what changes you might wish to make on your journey towards resolution and greater happiness.
